Now you can use your camera without removing your iPhone from its case. The iQase FLiP2 has an opening for the camera, take pictures anytime anywhere effectively and conveniently.		 Proximity Sensor
Finally! the iPhone's notorious Proximity Sensor has been taken into consideration. With this elegant opening for the sensor there is no more active screens while holding the phone up to your ear. Gone are the dim screens when the iPhone is placed in most cases.

Ratchet		 Belt Clip
iQase uses a tough yet light removable belt clips. At a click of a button the case is off the clip and into your hand. Unlike other clips, this one does not drop your case.
We offer two belt-clips you can choose from:
- Regular: Allows the case to turn freely without snapping into any fixed positions.
- Ratchet: Allows the case to turn and snap into 8 fixed positions.
 The iQase FLiP2 belt-clips work on your belt, pants, back-pack, and purse. 		Headset Jack
The Apple iPhone features a headset jack which allows you to listen to music and answer calls without having to hold your phone to your ear. The iQase FLiP2 conveniently features an opening around the headset jack, allowing you to flip open the case without removing your headset.
This opening also allows access to the Ring/Silent button without opening the case.
Clip Disc
If you choose to give your belt a break, the iQase FLiP2 features a removable clip-disc. With the clip-disc removed it becomes more comfortable and convenient to carry the case in your pocket, briefcase, or purse. (rare feature)		 Magnetic Flap

Best Leather Case at Any Price! (Anonymous)
The iQase FLIP 2 iPhone case is fantastic! If your looking for a quality made leather case for your iPhone, look no further! I'll agree with Alex on the minor changes he recommended but for those who wish to remove the phone from the case, it slides out perfectly! My camera hole is also slightly too high, but I always take the iPhone out of the iQase when taking pictures.

My only complaint is with the clip. I have had the clip slide off my belt or release unexpectedly a number of times. Maybe due to my waistband buldge? Possibly. Anyway, the weak spring in the hinge and the long release button could be improved upon. I've shortened my release button so it has to be depressed into the recess.

No product is perfect but the iQase FLIP 2, its second generation, has come close to it! You won't be dissatisfied with the product or service! When I complained about the weak hinge that broke on my iQase, support quickly sent me 3 free replacements! Wow, the case may not be perfect, but the service certainly is!

use with silicone skin (Anonymous)
I read that this case is a little bit loose. Has anyone tried putting a silicone skin on and then inserting it into Flip2? Does it fit?

I agree with the comments from 10/1/2007. I would also like to add my two cents in. After much researching, I finally placed my order in September for the Flip 2 product and I must say, I'm in the middle. Looks nice, but I noticed that the magnets made slight dimples on the both sides of the home button (far left and far right). I know it wasn't there before because I usually take out the phone often to clean the screen. I'm afraid it will do more damage and therefore, I've stopped using it and went back to my old, silicone skin.

Dear iQase,

I received my iQase FLiP for my iPhone about a week ago, and I love it. As far as I'm concerned, it's the best case on the market. I am very happy with it and show it to anyone who's an iPhone owner.

Having said that, I figured that you might like some first impressions about the case and some of the things you might consider improving on. Such is the reason I'm writing to you.

First, and most importantly, the case fits a little too loose. When the case is open, the iPhone can very easily slip out of the case via gravity or centripetal force. This could result in an iPhone that goes flying unprotected... which would be bad, of course! Solution? make the case fit the iPhone tightly so that it can't slide out by accident. This isn't concern while wearing the case on your hip, as the case would normally be closed in this case.

Second, it's a bit difficult to type letters on the keyboard that are at the very edge of the screen because your case encroaches slightly in that area. A solution would be to make the "margins" of the case a bit narrower (a good amount would be half of the existing margin, or about 1/8 to 1/16 inch).

Third, the hole for the camera lens is positioned just a little too high. If you were to move it about 1/8th of an inch lower, it would be more centered.

Those are my only three suggestions for improvement, and believe me, I'm PICKY. The dock connector is positioned well, I can access the ring/silent switch easily, the volume area works well, the headphone jack cutout is perfect, the magnetic latch is an EXCELLENT feature, and the belt clip is easy to use and strong. Thank you so much for making such a quality product.
