Here at iQase we value the quality of our products and customer satisfaction above of all. However, occasionally, we might get a defective item that has slipped though our Quality Control department. In this case, CONTACT US RIGHT AWAY and follow the steps outlined below.
Domestic returns (continental United States and Canada):
- Defective items must be returned within 15 days from the date of original receipt by the customer.
- Return shipping costs are responsibility of the customer.
- A replacement will be shipped (via Standard Shipping option) at no cost to customers located in the U.S. & Canada
- If an item/model being returned is no longer available, customers will have a choice of receiving another model (of equal value) or getting a credit towards their next purchase.
International returns (outside of Nothern America):
- Defective items must be returned within 30 days from the date of original receipt by the customer.
- Return shipping costs are responsibility of the customer.
- A replacement will be shipped (via Standard International Shipping option). The shipping cost will be shared equally between iQase and the customer.
- If an item/model being returned is no longer available, customers will have a choice of receiving another model (of equal value) or getting a credit towards their next purchase.
