Do you ship international orders?
Yes, iQase offers First Class International shipping on all orders shipped outside of the USA. Standard United States Postal Service rates apply.
When can I expect to receive my order?
Orders placed before 1pm EST on a weekday ship same day. Orders placed after 1pm on a weekday ship the following day. Orders received on a weekend ship Monday morning. Estimated delivery is 2-3 business days on orders shipped within USA and 7-14 days for international orders.
I received my order but there was no “regular” packaging. Why?
We’re making a change by gradually eliminating paper/cardboard packaging while introducing smaller-impact eco-friendly alternatives that will be shipped with new iPhone 4 inventory. If you need original iQase packaging for some of the items (perhaps you buying them as a gift) please let us know in an email accompanying your order.
